🎓 Educator Requirements
- ✔ Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma or degree
- ✔ Valid first aid and CPR certification
- ✔ Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
- ✔ Strong knowledge of child development theories
- ✔ Commitment to play-based, child-centred learning
- ✔ Experience with inclusive practices
